Recently World Earth Day was celebrated at our Parmarth Vidya Mandir, a free school run under Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawatiji, President of Divine Shakti Foundation. GIWA conducted a special hygiene session for young children and distributed Dettol India hand sanitizer for all the students who participated in the session. Along with environment protection awareness, they were also taught the importance of hygiene, sanitation and health.

Parmarth Niketan, which means “an abode dedicated to the welfare of all,” was founded in 1942 on the beautiful banks of the River Ganga, not far from where the sparkling river first exits the emerald green Himalayas.
