Pujya Swamiji meets with Hon’ble Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh

GIWA Co-Founder, Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji met recently with India’s respected Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singhji. During the meeting, key WASH topics were discussed, alongside GIWA’s white papers on the Ganga and Yamuna Rivers and the sustainable redevelopment of Uttarakhand (which can be found in the publications section of this website). Afterwards, GIWA’s upcoming From Worship to WASH Summit was discussed in great detail. The Summit, which will be the first time India’s leaders will come together to address WASH issues, will take place at GIWA’s secretariat of Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, this November.
