Meeting with Hon’ble Minister of Environment and Forests

Pujya Swamiji recently met with Shri Prakash Javadekar, the Hon’ble Minister of Environment and Forests, Information Technology and Broadcasting, where they discussed the importance of promoting WASH for all, as well as efforts to restore the River Ganga, the source of water for some 500 million people.

Among the discussions covered were boats that can clean rivers and natural additions to Sewage Treatment Plants that ensure that all waste is properly treated. They also discussed systems that can convert human waste into bio-fuel, as a way to turn the bane that pollutes our rivers and drinking water, into a boon for India.
