Global Handwashing Day 2021

Join us for an inspiring and special Global Handwashing Day Webinar, organised by the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance with technical support of UNICEF.

This years theme for Global Handwashing Day theme is “Our Future is at Hand – Let’s Move Forward Together.”,” wherein focus on hand hygiene can be used as a catalyst for the recognition of hand hygiene as a fundamental component of health and public safety..

In line with this year’s theme todays’ webinar is entitled “Joining Hands to Reach the Last Mile on Handwashing” in which our diverse and eminent panelists will be reflecting on our concerted actions to address the gaps in handwashing and recommendations to ensure hand hygiene is accessible and possible for all, especially the most vulnerable and marginalised population and the role of faith based organisation and faith leaders in doing so.
