GIWA with World Toilet College in Rishikesh Conducts Free Training for Sanitation Workers

According to a survey, in Indian schools, 22% do not have appropriate toilets for girls, 58% of preschools have no toilet at all and 56% of preschools have no water on the premises. With an aim to improve sanitation supporting Swachh Bharat Mission, GIWA with World Toilet College in Rishikesh conducts free training for sanitation workers for 5 days and provide them job in Hospitality and Facility Management Sectors. This financial year WTC aims to train 8000 workers. Sharing few photographs from the training session where WTC’s Uttarakhand state coordinator Mr.Praveen explains the importance of sanitation and cleanliness and trains the workers.
