The presence of GIWA at the Kumbh Mela has reached thousands of people, streaming in for our Swachh Kumbh Yatra. Many initiatives are taking place including our two featured WASH on Wheels trucks, several simultaneous puppet shows in different locations, the words from Yatris for Yatris on mics, screening of motivational videos on the preservation of our water and Mother Ganga.
Honoring our pledges, thousands of people have signed written commitments for a clean, serene and ODF Kumbha Mela!
All of this was accomplished with the grace and inspiration of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji through the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance and Parmarth Niketan, in support of the glorious work of the State of Uttar Pradesh and all members of the administration who have made this tremendous and historic Kumbh a great success.
